Privacy notice.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the role you picked (filmmaker, investor or just following) and when you signed up.

We do not store your IP address with your sign-up. To stop abuse, the form briefly remembers recent requests per IP address in memory; that is never written to the database.

Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To send you your beta invite, news about the launch and occasional updates about Naru. That is all we use it for, and we rely on your consent, given when you submit the form.

Where it is kept and who sees it

Sign-ups are stored in a database on our own server. We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers. If we start using an email delivery service to send updates, we will name it here before we do.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to hello@naru.film. Every email we send will also include a way to unsubscribe.
